His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai) established the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) to oversee Dubai’s health sector and encourage the private sector contribution to build a sustainable prospect.
